Once a gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with the gift voucher code, the expiration date and information on how to use the gift voucher code on the website
If a physical copy is needed, the attached digital gift card can also be downloaded and printed.
Gift card codes are supposed to be inserted in the discount field at checkout. When using a gift card, current discount codes also apply: buyers can insert discount and gift card codes into the same discount field one by one.
– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. I will send you a reminder 4 weeks before the expiry date of your voucher.
– Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only on Simplycelts.com.
– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry date.
– If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
– If a gift voucher is lost or stolen lost or stolen, please notify me immediately. I will cancel the voucher and issue you with a new voucher.
– Simplycelts.com reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
