If you would like to purchase two or more prints to hang together or match an existing print you already own, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing your order. Then I can make a suitable selection for you.

If you are ordering a print to match one you already own , please send me a photo taken in daylight.

Framed Prints

Once I receive your order, I will email you confirming your order and giving you a dispatch date.

Simply Celts ships to Italy, the UK, Europe, the USA, and Canada.

If you require shipping to another county, please get in touch with me.

Framed Prints

Contact Details

Please ensure we have all the details required, including your current address, to be able to ship the parcel to the correct location. Any address issues may impact the delivery of your purchase. Please ensure the address is correct and not a post box.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped within ​3-5 days. Framed orders may take a little longer/5-8 days. I will tell you when I confirm your order.

A tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the item is dispatched.

For Standard Shipping by Poste Italiane, delivery times are for guideline purposes only.

Estimated delivery in 10–15 days within the EU (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Estimated delivery in 10–25 days outside the EU (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Import Taxes

International shipments, including to the UK, may incur additional import taxes.

These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packaging

Prints are rolled in 10cm diameter cardboard tubes.

Framed prints are packaged in bubble wrap and recycled cardboard.

Gift wrapping is available on request. Please mention in the comment section when ordering and add any message you would like to have included with your gift.

Insurance

Artwork is insured for the duration of the transit as a default option. The insurance cost is included in the shipping fees.

Timelines of the shipment

We do not organise shipments during weekends, holidays, or bank holidays. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs depend on your location, however standard delivery timeline is up to 10 business days. You will be notified via email about the progress. All artwork is shipped from Malta, EU.

Please note that additional time must be factored in if the artwork needs to be cleared by the customs of your country. The customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & delivery

All shipments are tracked and insured. The tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the artwork is picked up by the courier. Once the item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for damages inflicted in transit or any other damages after the delivery of the shipment. We are not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process, customs or other. You are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Costs

Shipping costs depends on your location. You will be notified about any shipping fees prior to completing the purchase. Any potential custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tax, Duty & Customs

To correctly calculate the final price of the artwork, your VAT status information may be required if you are a corporate entity:

If you have a valid VAT number in EU, you may be eligible for VAT return.

If you reside within EU but you don’t have a valid VAT number, VAT will apply. The amount of tax charged depends on your country of residence based on your shipping address. In some cases, 18% of VAT may be charged instead.

If you reside outside of EU, no VAT will be charged however local customscharges may apply. Please note it’s the responsibility of the buyer toensure all additional charges, tax, custom, duties specific to your location as per your local laws are paid.

We cannot take responsibility for any delays, which may arise and are out of our control such as customs delays etc. You are responsible to ensure that the purchased item may be shipped to the chosen destination country. VAT on artwork in Malta: 18%. In some cases, VAT as per your country of domicile within the EU.

Returns & Refunds

All sales made on this Website are final. By purchasing an artwork through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies.

No Refund Policy - Except for Damage/Loss

I’m sorry, but I only offer refunds for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipping.

If this happens, please contact info@simplycelts.com, with a brief description and photo evidence of the damage.

Any issues with your order must be reported to me within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Shipping Information.

Providing the correct shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.

We collaborate with reliable and secure payment providers, and we accept the following payment methods:
